This is an educational program series offered each year by the Centre for Heritage and Museum Studies. Through cultural inductions, on-site visits, and workshops, this annual educational initiative focuses on Indigenous knowledge related to sustainable development and environment. This program aims to expand our students' understanding of Country, moving beyond Western notions of nature and culture. By engaging with Indigenous experts and professionals, we intend for the program to provide students with authentic "real-world" learning experiences about Country, aligning with the objectives of the ANU Reconciliation Action Plan. Topics covered in this series include, but are not limited to, fire, water, air, and well-being. This series is a long-term collaboration with the National Museum of Australia.
